B&T Contractors, Inc. is a family-owned business that has been in business since 1987.  We started with just two people cleaning and have grown into a company with over 170 employees.  We provide facility maintenance services for commercial, industrial and educational facilities throughout western and central Pennsylvania and New York.  Our primary services offered include janitorial services, concrete coatings and spray polyurea coatings.  Our company and all employees are licensed, bonded and insured.  We are an equal opportunity employer and we currently employ men and women of all ethnicities.  All employees go through thorough screening and background checks prior to employment.  Drug tests are given randomly to our employees.  We provide competitive wages and benefits to all of our employees.  By going above and beyond for our employees we’ve noticed an increase in morale, efficiency and productivity.  Our employees are the heart of our company and taking care of our employees is very important to us.  All employees then go through thorough training that adheres to CITS standards.  This ensures that our employees are adequately trained for safety, effective cleaning procedures and productivity measures.  Our employees are also trained on OSHA Standards, GHS Hazard Communication and SDS Sheet Identification.

Company Information

We are based out of our corporate office in Bradford, Pennsylvania. We currently service accounts in western and central Pennsylvania and New York. This includes cities such as Erie, Meadville, DuBois, Butler, Indiana, State College, Harrisburg, Buffalo, Ithaca, Elmira, Rochester and more!
Our company, and all of our employees, are fully licensed, bonded and insured to do business in the state of Pennsylvania and New York.
We are an OSHA compliant company. We maintain current OSHA publications, keep appropriate records and provide adequate OSHA compliant training to all employees. Our employees are trained on OSHA Standards and Training Guidelines, GHS Hazard Communication and SDS Sheet Identification.

Employee Information

All of our employees go through thorough hands-on training that adheres to ISSA’s CITS Standards. All employees also are trained on proper Hazard Communication Standards set forth by OSHA. Employees know how to properly wear and use PPE and identify products and hazards.
All of our employees go through extensive federal and local background checks to ensure no criminal past. It is not mandatory that we do this, but wee do it to protect our clients and ourselves.
All of our employees earn competitive wages that are above state and federal minimum. Employees are eligible for a raise each and every year if they meet the expected criteria. Our full time employees are offered health insurance as set forth by the ACA. We also offer an employer matched 401k plan.
Each of our employees are hired local to each account. This allows our company to service customers more efficiently and it helps boost local economies through employment.
